Let's see. DFL'ers spend 11 years revising 70,000 words. The Obamacare web site has 5 million lines of code, Democrat controlled. You better be putting your own kids through medical school if this frightens you.

Todays editorial on the Minneapolis City Charter did not clearly spell out the two big changes tiered voting and Sunday liquor sales. Is that on purpose?

Meaningless document that can be ignored at will by the city council and mayor. It would be better abolished than revised.
