Probiotics are great. I use Blis K12 probiotic as well for oral health. Great for bad breath and support immune system. For more information on probiotics and oral health readers may be interested in http://blis.co.nz or http://blisk12blism18.sg. The more people understand about probiotics the better.

I'm a huge believer in probiotics. My daughter and I have taken them for 4+ years, and although she's still young, neither of us have been ill during that time, although my husband has been sick numerous times. I take 40 billion/day and she takes 3 billion/day. There's no hard evidence to show me the benefit they are providing (and they aren't cheap if you buy the better refridgerated brands) but it's good enough for us. I believe there are also studies in process now on the affect of gut flora (or lack thereof) on many systemic/chronic diseases and disorders. Very interesting stuff I think we'll start to see a lot more about.
