That message of attack mentality makes me glad I am not in las vegas because I would TEMPTED to wager a honeybee at the first available sports book tonight, I would do a parlay, I would take the Preds + 1 1/2 and under 5 1/2 goals and lay the honeybee..... Did everyone see the Lightning get behind the Wilds defense, hehehhehehehhe...... Attack against the Preds and Barry Trotz, don't think so...... The only chance is if goaltending is unusually stellar on either team

Such mixed messages these guys are receiving you have to feel a bit bad for them. On one hand the coach is pleading with them to score more goals and have an "attack mentality" while on the other hand, they look at the guy wearing the 'C' and he leads by example by doing everything but going to the net and scoring gritty goals. I surely don't envy the position these guys are in one bit... not one bit.

64-75 career record, that's all that needs to be said. Fire Yeo!

Yeo is a joke. Leipold went on the cheap to hire a rookie coach and GM. And it shows and has this team in nothing but a rebuilding mode year in and year out.

Maybe Yeo's and Parise's statements will put to rest the presumption that the the Wild have promoted that having more shots on goal equates to outplaying the opponent. What the Wild do not do--what Yeo either does not preach or does not sufficiently promote--is getting the puck in low, maintaining a presence in front of the goal and working in tight spaces around the goal. Instead, Yeo's teams appear content to shoot from bad angles and from the point and to hope for the best. The best has been what we have gotten--not much. Either Yeo is not an NHL coach or cannot get the attention of his players, in which case, he probably is not an NHL coach. Too many good players to see this same slog game after game. Yuck Yeo.

If they can not beat Preds Tuesday Yeo should be gone. Preds 3 games in 4 days on the road.Plus they can not score either. First to 2 goals wins.

The Boston Bruins are on a par with the Wild, talent wise, but their coach is Claude Julien...see the difference?

WHY Yeo is Heatley on the 2nd line? He is slow, usually out of position, and doesnt back check at all. Oh, and he doesnt score either. What a coach.

And I dont care how much $ he makes. He has no business being on the 2nd line!

Oh boy, more shots around the net by Parise. He has been so successful on his last 21, so aptly pointed out by Rachel. That is leading by example, right country? Would probably be 0 for 42 if he wore the "C."
