My distant ancestors were also wronged by the Britains. Should I demand reparations too? I'll bet if I go back far enough I can find reason to blame Genghis Khan. Should I also demand reparations from Mongolia as well?

Yeah, these governments want to sue for reparations to enrich the current government office holders. None money would ever be seen in any form by the people of these island nations.

Would some commenter tell me how the rest of the world stopped slavery without a civil war??? It was soooo widespread and accepted and my high-school history never told me how it ended in other countries.
