What is Fresh Thyme? It is a Whole Foods competitor, being spun off from the Sunflower / Sprouts chains that have been very popular in the South and Southwest. An informative article about them is here: http://newhope360.com/news-amp-analysis/fresh-thyme-farmers-market-chain-debut-chicago-suburb Interesting that they think Minneapolis / St. Paul is a good market for grocers to get into, because Supervalu is in a state of "mixup".
