The RINOs are only a hare's breath difference from Dems. This past election shows the populace wants a bigger, more controlling, and more spending gov't. The conservative battle for the voters has been lost.

Demographics are dooming the GOP to permanent minority status within the next 8-12 years. Scary thought for them. However, the dems have their own worries of a their own.

Personally, I would like to thank tea partiers for making the Rebublican Party irrelevant - it couldn't have happened to a better deserving bunch .

Anarchy, insurrection, and anti-democratic are but a few adjectives which describe the Tea Party. It's also astro-turf as a movement infused with millions of dollars from the Koch, Adelsons, etc, etc. The destruction caused by three dozen or so TP men is abominable and will cost the country long after they're gone.

The GOP needs to trade the Tea Party for a horse. Then shoot the horse. Then migrate back towards the middle if the EVER want to win ANYTHING again.

Why doesn't the tea party start it's own party? Because they wouldn't make it on their own. They are parasites.

The CEO of Feedomworks said there very well could be a split in the Republican Party. He also admitted the shutdown/default crisis was a brilliant strategy for republicans. Despite the admission... some will still blame the president and democrats for the shutdown
