Is he a small forward, fill-in for Chase Budinger? Power forward ready to rumble? He and the Wolves are watching.

Williams is a freak. Play him more, and good things will happen.

Williams always says the right thing and has shown a willingness to do whatever he is asked. I like the kid. I think it would be insane to not pick up his option and Manolive is right he needs to play more.. With the regulars.

mgmt is looking for him to play with more intensity, a "higher motor". he thinks he is doing fine. Therein lies the issue.

I like Williams and hope he can find his role with the T-wolves...

I think the Wolves are being stupid in how they are handling Williams. The guys has a very good, and it is difficult when the head coach obviously wants nothing to do with him. While I like Love, he had and has the same issues but he gets a free pass because he is friends with the coach. If the coach can't get past this than maybe the coach has got to go.

he's irritating to watch which is why he's in the doghouse a little. his free throw technique is poor resulting in a lot of key misses, but he gets a lot of them because he does attack the rim. that being said he's one of the worst finishers at the rim under pressure, using that ridiculous horizontal double pump of his rather than a power verticality he probably possesses cause he has some hops. my suggestion is he goes to lindsay whalen and pays her big money for private lessons to teach him finishing technique around the rim, as she's the best I've ever seen around here.

Krilenko is a three spot. Love thinned out and is trying to convert himself into a three spot with 30% three point shooting. With Burke and Ridnoir traded they have no reserve point guard, no folks, Barea plays as a wing and Shved has played poorly at the point and the wing. If Dieng and Johnson don't develop, they have no true defensive center and get beat by the other team's bigs. Rubio can't shoot, a deficit that won't be so cute now that he has a Pek haircut and beard. Saunders hired a replacement for himself from the loser Washington franchise and convinced Taylor to make Saunders an owner. That is our 2014 Wolves.

d-will would have to develop into a superstar for this team to be relavent.he has the physical tools i just dont think he has it upstairs.he needs a michael jordan to show him how its done in terms of the time you need to put in and what type of training you need to do.mj taught pippen.

krellcodaOct. 19, 1311:14 AM

Let the kid go to a winning team so he can be a superstar. This franchise is pathetic from top down.

Could Williams be a "6th man" type who can back up both forward positions? The Lynx have been very successful using Monica Wright -- who would certainly start on most WNBA teams -- as a 6th woman who can play a variety of positions. If Williams is willing to do whatever it takes to help the team, let's encourage him to do so!
