After losing to Cleveland and Carolina at home there is certainly no guarantee that the Vikings can beat the winless Giants in New York. Don't have high expectations just because the Giants are 0-6. Allow yourself a crash landing that was at least expected. Players are not performing and the coaches have not been able to get this group of young players ready. I don't think teams ever turn themselves around when they are in a situation like the Vikings are in right now.

On a positive note I do think it was a good idea to get Josh Freeman. Freeman and Frazier are now at points in their careers where they will sail together or sink together. I think they will sail. For better or for worse Freeman will also keep Frazier in his position as the Vikings head coach. I see Freeman and Frazier as a player and coach who really needed each other at important times in their careers. Frazier did everything he could do to be loyal to Christian Ponder. It won't be nearly as difficult for Frazier to be loyal to the talented Josh Freeman.

The Giants are licking their chops at the incoming Vikings. They see it as their best chance for a W in their remaining schedule, and no team wants to go 0-16. Look for an extremely motivated and determined Giants squad to come out firing against the Vikes. With the Giants receivers: Cruz, Hicks and Randle against our epically terrible secondary, this one could be a laugher by the end of the 3rd. This is a statement game for the Giants, they will be determined to embarrass the Vikes.
