REVIEW: “The Wong Kids,” an inventive space adventure premiering at Children’s Theatre, is one of the most low-tech yet elegantly creative pieces on a Twin Cities stage at the moment.

With costumes designed by Becky Bodurtha!! Why do theatre critics ignore the costume designer time and again? I guess I will have to keep commenting on review until the costume designers receive equal recongnition as sets/sound/lights. Like I have said before, even if the critic didn't like the costumes, acknowledging that shows more respect than not mentioning them at all. The actors do NOT just bring things from home and hope that they work with all the other elements of the design. There is a person who designs all those clothes seen on the stage.

I just got back from the show. It was really good, it is fun to look at and was exciting. A very creative show. I really liked it. (a eight-year old reviewer).
