Indoor bicycle racing could return to Minneapolis as part of redevelopment plans for Shoreham Yards near Central Av. NE.

There is only one indoor velodrome in the US (ADT). Boulder's center closed this year due to lack of customers. Of course they need a taxpayer subsidy. Why not, we already did it for the twins and vikings.

Not to nitpick, but you could build this entire facility on an expedited timeline with just the cost overruns from the Vikings stadium... $40M vs $1billion
