Um, the headline says "Unwanted mold"? Because sometimes mold is wanted?

"This is the first time something like this has occurred." - Not quite! When I lived in a residence hall at the U in 2008 I developed severe allergy-like symptoms upon move-in that would not go away. I requested that my hall director have someone came in to test my room and they found mold. I was moved out for an entire month while they replaced my carpet and cleaned it.

Poor, unwanted mold. In the arms...of...the aaaangels....Can you spare only 35 cents a day to make sure all mold is wanted? Together, we can make a difference!

Penicillin is made from mold - so some types of mold are in fact useful. Penicillium is a particular type of mold - where the drug name is derived from.

TUITION, ROOM, and BOARD (I guess that's a meal plan) - $25K - what do you expect! When I moved my son into his dorm this past September, supposedly that building's air conditioner was not working. I made a quick trip to a Target and got a tower fan. It helped a lot but it still wasn't AC. I suspect his building doesn't have AC as it never did work (again what do you expect for $25K).

Cheese could also be considered a "wanted mold". I believe all cheese is actually mold. Check out some of the prices of cheese at your local upscale grocer.

Is some one implying that a year of state subsidized education is cheap at $25k? I'm really confused.
