Fed says trucks will start rolling Tuesday with new $100 bills headed for a bank near you

WASHINGTON — The new $100 bill, with an array of high-tech features designed to thwart counterfeiters, will get its coming out party on Tuesday, partial government shutdown or not.

I looks foreward to getting a few fresh bills that don't have white powder stains on them.

It also has a gradually diminishing value feature as well! As the Fed fiddles with economic stimulus - the value of the bill fades towards zero. Think of it as being like a hologram. Now you see it... now you don't.

If we default in a couple weeks, we won't have to worry about anyone counterfeiting our bills anymore.

The bill looks good! They must have brought in a professional designer. Some of the coins they'd been putting out looked like Bradbury Exchange / Danbury Mint rejects.
