That is breaking a BUNCH of laws! Think they will actually throw the book at him? We don't need more laws, we just need to enforce the ones we have.

Taking a loaded gun to school and pointing the weapon at other students not once, but twice demonstrates poor judgement and lack of adult supervision. Time to take action. I mean it.

Meanwhile a 6 year old boy points his finger like a gun in Montgomery County and gets suspended! What a joke our schools have become!

I just heard on the radio this afternoon that a school in Florida has banned all forms of balls including volley balls, basket balls, etc. because students could get hurt! I find it hard to believe that school board comprised of adults many with college degrees can actually come up with stupid ideas like this and yet we will probably let this J.D. off with a three day suspension?

The cases of overreach cited (pointing finger, ban on playing with basketballs, etc.) are ridiculous, but this scary 15-year-old with access to guns and propensity to aim them at people is something else altogether. I'm glad he is in a secure facility at this time, and some adults need to be investigated for allowing the kid to get deadly weapons.
