REVIEW: This sharp musical, with catchy tunes and horror-movie moments, reflects on high-school angst and bullying.

I disagree with this review, and see it as another example of bad shows getting good reviews far too often in this town. How a show that lost half the audience at intermission got a good review is beyond me. I felt the production was completely uninspired. The cast didn't connect with one another, and the moments that actually drive the story and relationships were all flat. The set/lighting/sound/staging/music were amateurish and lacking. This was not a $30 a ticket show.
