BETHESDA, Md. — Lockheed Martin will furlough 3,000 employees on Monday and potentially more in coming weeks due to the government shutdown.

yep, it doesn't just affect govt workers. It affects all businesses with govt contracts. $300 million a day and counting. All because Republican's don't like Obamacare. And according to Bachmann, the tea party Republican's are happy about the shutdown. I suppose they'll be ecstatic over a default.

Looks like we know what the Democrats are about - preserving the Military Industrial complex. Apparently it is the Democrats who want to make sure the weapon makers are employed full time.
