MINNEAPOLIS — The Minnesota Twins and Lee County have broken ground on $48.5 million in renovations at the team's spring training complex in Florida.

Good to know that Twins still have the ability to bilk the public sector and find a way to grab yet more profits while fielding one of the worst teams in Organized Baseball. It is indeed sunny in South Florida today. :)
