So they would seek FISA court approval, now that is comforting. I have lost track of how many lies they have told so far about what they have been doing.

SOOOOO if somebody told NSA, push this button and you can track, record, look back and find the cell phone tower closest to every cellphone........they'd say nahhhh, we don't have the authority to do that :)
