I am thinking of campaigning against Tuthill and the others that voted for the stadium.

"Hofstede said anybody in the ward can call her at home or the office. Of people who say she doesn’t respond to them, she said, 'Maybe they didn’t get the answer they wanted.'" -- Diane, I didn't get an answer from you at all. And I contacted your office almost a year ago.

Lots of fresh faces and energy! BUT before voting for anyone, ask yourself if they have the right experience to lead through a major operation like the City Council. Do they know finances? Do they understand the basics of business? Fresh faces and new energy WON'T prevent new deals like the Viking Stadium or looking at taking over Exel. We need CAPABLE LEADERS on the City Council.

Just think what would happen if Minneapolis had leaders that had the pride to run the city and hold expenses and didn't have to claim that the rest of the State has to support them. Unions run Minneapolis and Unions seek to turn Minneapolis into Detroit. I hope they pull the plug on the old guard and start fresh before it's too late.

The intent of our founding fathers wasn't to make your career and your living holding public office. It's not good for the individual and certainly not good for their constituents.
