It is a little early to declare this a success. What is the cost to MN taxpayers to build this exchange, run a stupid ad campaign, fund pensions for all the extra state workers? Millions and millions and millions of dollars to over-taxed Minnesotans. Let's take a breath and see an independent cost benefit analysis in a year or so.

Irrefutable evidence that states do things more efficiently, time after time, than the federal government.

This a great first step. Now work must continue to control health care costs beyond the insurers.

It is funny to see the celebrating, before a single year is complete. The question is NOT where premiums start, but to where they end. It wont be expensive to cover people with pre-existing diseases, will it? The premium outcome will take a few years to play out, as will the data and privacy protections-->and we know how great the state has done on that..... ;oD

Regressives everyone will know if your telling the truth, all the price will be the same in Obamacare in the state. all Bronze plans will cost the same and all platinum plans will cost the same ,if you go through the state exchange but I want regressives to not use the exchange out of regressive principle and That will guaranty they will pay more then me and my neighbors. That will keep money away from them being able to send it to their party that is trying to destroy this country.
