'Orphan Train' project hits home for co-owner of comunications firm

The quarter of a million children who rode the infamous orphan trains belong “exclusively” to those who rode the rails from New York and other East Coast places, to all points West across America. Riders on the Orphan Train performance should not be missed!

Interesting article to read, the MN State Public School for Dependent and Neglected Children has a wonderful museum on the site of the original orphanage in Owatonna, complete with its own cemetery. A sad but necessary piece of MN history. My father and his siblings were separated also.
