Wouldn't it be great if we had another Farv on bench waiting for his turn to play? Thompson, who knows?

northhi; i"ve been thinking the same thing. Everyone in the organization has said many times that MBT has the best/biggest arm of the QB's. Why not give him a shot? He's young. Should know the system. If we have to deal with Ponder throwing interceptions, why not take the same risk with MBT since there could be far more potential upside with him?

I agree with you both. I have worn purple for longer than many on here have been alive and when I saw MBT play in that preseason game I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. He wears that 4 well. Stub your toe Matt. I wanna see what this kid can do.

I thought he played the best out of any QB in the preseason. I wish he could get a shot. Look what 3rd string did for the browns in our last game....

Talent and a good arm by MBT, does not matter. What does matters is If MBT would have been drafted in the first round by Spielman, he would be our starting QB

McLeod John Baltazar Bethel-Thompson isn't any good. There, I said it.

That story is absolutely astounding. A World War II veteran who came home, went to USC, won an Olympic Gold Medal, then attained his degree in Engineering from the University of Souther California. What a role model for any young man. McLeod John should be proud of him. He!!, I'm proud of him!
