Whole Foods is vastly overrated.

Considering the major traffic jams at Snelling & Selby and pts north on Snelling to I94, I can't imagine attracting more commerce and people to that area.

Unless a connection is made to 94 from Ayd Mill road to divert a massive amount of traffic, that intersection will go from rush hour congested to constant gridlock.

I live in the neighborhood and this has to be one of the dumbest decisions ever made. Snelling/Selby is one of the major intersections in the city and it is already a disaster because of the back up from Ayd Mill (just connect it to 94 already). Are they not aware of what a pain Randolph and Lexington is after adding a smaller grocery store with other business to a less busy intersection without hundreds of units of apartments????
