Obama should talk with Iran

Diplomacy can't hurt. After all, an Iran that possessed nuclear weapons would be a deeply destabilizing development.

Iran has repeatedly said it has no interest in producing nuclear weapons and U.S. intelligence has claimed repeatedly there exists no evidence they are attempting to do so. The whole premiss of this article is absurd.

I can't wait for the anti-Obama crowd to start in that talking to Iran is a sign of weakness.

So, if you accept that Iran's nuclear capability will foster regional instability, isn't it logical to accept that Israel's nuclear capability does the same by "inspiring other states to seek nuclear weapons of their own"?
