Google does nothing unless it stands to benefit from it or it can harm its competitors (like how Google used to financially support the Firefox web browser until it developed its own so it could erode market share from Microsoft's Internet Explorer.) Anyone running a one-person business should be working at home. I know, some cities do not allow anyone to work from home even if they have no visitors. But that is wrong and those laws should be changed. If you don't have any visitors, it is nobody's business what you do inside your own home.
