It's funny that the other article tell us what a "tough" guy Obama is while this one points out the sad truth.

Iran's talking, Syria's signed off on chemical weapons--somebody is doing something right. Maybe yelling and carrying a big stick is not as effective as using the stick (drones and bin laden) and talking softly.

The one big lesson you can learn from past administrations is that because you have the means to attack another nation, does not mean you have to. You can criticize Obama for backing off, and in your opinion, looking weak, but it took more guts to hesitate on an attack or war of choice, than to invent reasons for attacking. Reagan did it right. He attacked Libya after the bombing of the Pan Am flight that killed Americans. To my knowledge, no innocent Americans have been killed by Syria or Iran. And even then, I would want our congress, that is supposed to represent the American people, to vote to initiate an attack that does not require an immediate retaliation.
