GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy is more worried about his team's health and performance in close games than with his relationship with his quarterback.

A guy like Ross who doesn't perform in Green Bay makes a mistake and he's let go. A guy like Ponder who doesn't perform in Minnesota makes seasons worth of mistakes and he hangs onto his job. True, Ross was a free agent and Ponder is a high draft choice. Green Bay holds people accountable and Minnesota does not. That's the difference between the two organizations, pained to say.

6-18? Take the Vikes games out of that number and it would be about 2-18.

Ross made too many mistakes. He's expendable because he's making the league minimum. Vikes invested too much for Ponder and would be on the hook for a lot more. Packers have lead the league in injuries the last 3 years and have won division titles and a Superbowl..

I've got a solution, where we could kill two birds with one stone. If McCarthy has lost faith in Rodgers, trade him to the Vikings who can use him to replace Ponder. That way everyone's happy. Let's make it happen!
