Heavy rains, hail and wind rake metro area; 20,000 lose power

The quick-moving morning storm knocked out power to more than 20,000 Xcel customers, toppled trees and caused at least one injury.

Caption on the photo is wrong. The Basilica is in Minneapolis (and is spelled with one L), the Cathedral is in St. Paul.
