Revamping federal tax code is subject of discussion as big-business leaders meet in Montana

BUTTE, Mont. — U.S. Sen. Max Baucus said Monday that his effort to revamp the tax code helped attract some of the business world's biggest names to Montana for a jobs conference that touched on taxes, energy development and many other issues.

Leave it to the g.d. tax subsidized oil companies to turn a conversation that about streamlining the tax code to turn it into a lobbying effort for the Keystone export pipline. Afterall, that's the sole reason for the push for Keystone ... ease of export. Otherwise, they'd build the refineries closer to the supply.
