RCV. The brilliant invention of the geniuses in our Progressive political party. So complex that it takes special training courses for the voters to master it. And for a bonus, the version implemented in Minneapolis (which limits voters to three choices) almost guarantees that big chunks of the electorate will not have had their votes count in the final tally.

RCV was invented by William Ware, the first Professor of Architecture at MIT, around the 1870's.
