You shouldn't make mention of the Mall of America expansion project and then not go on to explain what that project is, what its scope is, and when that project will hit the market and be tracked. That's all this article left me thinking by the time I finished it.

Eden Prairie Center was a ghost town in the 1990's. As of May,2011, it had a 100% occupancy rate.

And this is a good thing? Sad. When will the U.S. start paying living wages to people who make widgets instead of paying minimum wage to people who sell widgets which are made by people in China, etc., who make nowhere close to minimum wage? Wake up America! This doesn't work long-term.

I think MOA, with both retail and entertainment, will survive. But I would not invest in any form of retail that competes with online shopping.
