I like some of the shows on Food Network, but many have become unwatchable. This will be a nice change of pace.

Is she a Thielen of the world famous "Thielen Meat Market" bacon fame?!? It's worth the trip to Pierz to buy this amazing product.

Deb 1101: I'll bet she is one of extended Thielen family. Ditto on bacon so good that it'd make a vegetarian fall off the wagon!

Enjoyed the show. Food looked great and I learned. Refreshing to have someone not jumping around and trying too hard. Will watch again.

Great to see someone from Park Rapids able to do this there. I'm from the area, enjoy cooking and currently am a Wisconsin Resident.
