Well. Considering this is a passing league. AD Peterson is about as irrelevant as it gets. Remind me again why us Minnesota Taxpayers are giving half a Billion dollars to a guy from New Jersey? Oh yeah that’s right. So he can pay irrelevant AD Peterson One Hundred Million Dollars. And the beat goes on..........

Just look at Calvin Johnson's statement, and find your answer. As far as the 1st comment, it doesn't matter what type of league at is. The question of who is more dominate is not really a debate. Johnson is by far the best WR in the League, but I have watched a lot of Lions' games, and he packed on a lot of yards when the Lions were down by 2-3 TD's, and the other team is giving him open field underneath. You really can't say that Peterson ever has a defense give him anything. GO VIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll tell you what's relevant....getting to the playoffs last year with no QB play. getting to the playoffs with only a running game and an average D. getting to the playoffs on one players back....that's relevant..

It's kind of a stupid debate, but I would say Peterson, 'cuz his near-record season led to 10 wins, whereas Johnson's record year led to just four, and I don't think the overall talent level between the two teams was that different.

being that Football is about the truest team sport we have at the pro level...the real question should be "which would you rather have? The Vikings running game or Detroits passing game?" The answer becomes very clear when you put the question that way. the Vikings running game.

I'd take Johnson because he is a natural athlete whereas Peterson is clearly abusing HGH and steroids.

I'd take Favre fresh off the tractor in Hattiesburg to start tomorrow over Ponder aka TJack 2.0
