It could possibly be a "Five Dollar" Menu if this unionization thing goes through.

Isn't this just a way to roundup prices for things less than $5 now that they want to charge more for? Isn't a 20piece McNugget $4.99 now so it will be $5 after this value proposition?

Maybe if they deep fried that and stuck a stick through it they could sell more!

It appears they don't get the concept of a dollar menu if they have stuff costing $5.00 on it.

I don't care about the $1 menu. I order a cheeseburger and pay what it costs. I eat it and it's tasty as a tiny 1/10 pound burger with rehydrated onion flakes and a slice of processed "cheese food" can be, and I'm happy. You know what else would make me happy? Ditch that Late Night menu! So many times I've been on the road and driven up and asked for certain items only to be told that I can't have that, I can only have something else--something from what they call the "Late Night Menu," which isn't what I want. Any McDonald's that imposes the Late Night Menu on me loses my business on the spot. I worked for McDonald's as a teenager, and I can tell you there's no operational reason for not serving half the menu past a certain time.
