Greek prime minister, finance minister: state assets sale won't be entrusted to foreign firm

ATHENS, Greece — Greece's prime minister and finance minister have both insisted any sale of state assets will be handled by the agency set up for this purpose and not by any firm based abroad and run by foreign management.

The Greeks again resist any attempt to help them put their house in order. Austerity is too good for them until the country gets serious about fixing its problems.
