Good win at Texas. Hendriks hasn't been great in his career, but he should have more than 2 career wins. He's had some good efforts go by the way because of no hitting at all. Good job tonight!

Why do writers bring up a "No Hitter" when it's not even the 9th inning. If you don't have a hit in the first few innings? NO HITTER! Stop with that! If it's the 9th inning then fine!

Nice win. I'm sure there will plent more in the offing as Gardy's pet Mostrianni and his hefty .167 BA is back on the Twins. For crying out loud the guy could only manage .240 with no power in AAA. I bet Rochester is excited to see him go.

Grumble Meter barely registering here tonight. "The fans" must be at the lakes.

11 strikeouts? The record just keeps growing, exponentially, and will probably never be beat. Ryan has really outdone himself with this bunch. I can barely contain my excitement!

We OBLITERATED Darvish's no-hitter...Our Twins are very awesome, indeed. We may "only" lose 92 games this year...and that's victory!

Bad year or no, love unexpected wins like this against playoff contenders.

I hope it's only the rust, and that it will come off him quickly, but Mastroianni showed nothing tonight. That diving catch attempt was foolish beyond belief - especially at that stage of the game. The words no sooner left my lips, to my wife, then Smalley said the same thing. And I know Darvish is a good pitcher, but so many strikeouts again? Congrats to Dozier on an excellent game in the field. I hope Plouffe is watching.

I'm not saying Hermann is a better hitter than Mauer--he's not--but can't remember or imagine Mauer getting a clutch hit like Hermann did...it was kind of something A J Pierzinski would do.
