What analysts are saying: Buffalo Wild Wings and the Galleria

Buffalo Wild Wings is now selling its chicken wings by weight instead of number, which the company says assures customers more consistent orders. It was one factor that led analysts at Wunderlich Securities to reiterate their “buy” rating but raise their price target. Wunderlich analysts say the company is poised for a strong second half of 2013 and strong 2014, crediting its “successful transition to its new wing pricing plan, and its strong sports programming schedule.”
