Sweltering heat requires vigilance

Many of us endure the few stretches of excessive summer heat with the same resolve we muster when Minnesota winters turn dangerously cold. It also helps to live and work in air-­conditioned space, of course, or at least to have access to cooled public spaces during the worst heat of the day.

Dunno about the "vigilance" part. Feels kinda nice actually. Just wear a hat, don't rush anything and drink plenty of water. Owatonnabill finished painting a shed yesterday afternoon and today just got done painting the trim. Plan on working in the garden this afternoon. It'll be snowing and blowing soon enough.
