Interesting, food trucks pick & choose when to be open. "Brick & mortar" locations are there for you everyday, good or bad, paying thier property taxes, employing people, trying to improve their business, putting up with food trucks that come & go and pay far less in taxes.

In fact, the food truck operators are making a savvy business decision. Everyone knows that when it gets this hot, food sales go way down along with appetites.
