I don't want to see a movie on the evils of racism (the trailer for this film is nothing but this) - We all know it's wrong...Duh! A better film that covers "all" activities surrounding the White Years (1900-1960) is the tv film "BACKSTAIRS AT THE WHITE HOUSE." Why must there always be a "theme" (this time, racism) within a current film? I was hoping LINCOLN would be about LINCOLN not just 13 Amendment issues/end of Civil War. It is amazing to the me that MLK Jr. wanted to "end racism" for equality yet todays liberal politicians keep digging up the corpse (that should've been dead years ago) of racism for political points/power.
