Burnsville looks at whether medical offices belong along County Road 42

Burnsville city planners are questioning whether medical offices belong in a high-profile industrial zone along County Road 42.

Seems like fairly typical zoning and planning busybody behavior, try to solve problems that don't really exist (apart from the minds of the planning and zoning staff), often while not solving problems that actually exist. Maybe the actual use, instead of planned use, is telling the planning people something about their planning and changing needs that need to be adjusted to. If medical offices are going into this supposedly light industrial area, they should consider either changing the zoning there to comport with that growing use or they should make adjustments elsewhere that would make more room, at reasonable costs with good access, for these providers elsewhere.
