He will be missed but maybe he can use the time to think about how nice it would be to become a satewide legend by committing and playing at the University of Minnesota.;

His brother Jonah plays at Harvard, so making the assumption that Reid is also an excellent student, I hope he chooses the best college for both basketball and academics.

So dad says he is a pro football lock at TE for 10 yrs? And is he a less secure NBA prospect? I thought NBA was harder to get into than football? Maybe he should do a kliensasser route. Get paid good money for football with average skills.

I think Reid Travis is more likely to play for the Gophers then either Jones or Vaughan. But it still might be a long shot to get him though. At least having him commit totally to basketball there won't be as much pressure on him.
