Brian Dozier lined a single to right on Friday, rounded first base, then braced for trouble. He got rid of his helmet, put his arms up for defense, and turned to face the stampede.

We can call it "The Valencia," in honor of Danny Boy's overreaction to a game-winning SINGLE off his former college roomie two seasons ago. Act like you've done it before, boys.

Pointless celebration in a meaningless game. In fact, an embarrassment for a Twins team that should think about spending this energy on becoming real ball players that can not only win a game more often than not but also act as though they expect that win and are comfortable with just walking off the field. Pathetic.

So Sano gets to sit games in AA for celebrating due to the organization saying they want to curb it early even though they didn' tin Rookie ball, A or high A? I also noticed he hasn't played since Aug 1st so either he's injured or sitting for celebrating again.... Yet the MLB club celebrates after a win an nothing??? Not being very consistent with what you are telling these young players now are you?? Having multiple sets of standards doesn't make you look very good
