Since I pay a lot for FSN as part of my cable package. Why do I have to listen to Bremer's & TK's horrible game call? I now have no sound while the game is on. Unbearable!

Just saw your Minnesota Twins display once again their inability to get a timely hit with runners in scoring position. Morneau once again meekly struck out with a runner is scoring position in the bottom of the 9th when a run was needed to tie the game. Since he does that so often, it is easy to see what there was not market for him by the trading deadline this afternoon. Just another display of AA and AAA hitters unable to perform when another game was on the line.

roberth999...I completely agree with your analysis of Bremer's game call. I can't listen to it. I either watch games with both the sound and mute turned off, or watch while listening to the radio broadcast. Anyway gang, 59 down and only 31 to go before that magic 90 mark is reached for the third year in a row. But I guess that makes me a "whiner" for pointing out that particular bit of reality.

WELL MORNEAU was right when he said he didnt think he would be traded.ONE problem he didnt get traded was because nobody wanted him.MLB TV said that MORNEAU had very little interest from other teams watching him tonight I agree he sucks.

gee, only 58 games left. I wonder if the Twins can at least avoid losing 18 of the remaining games so they are off the hook for 100 losses, da ya think they care?? Fans don't, Target field is actually very exciting - (minus the Twins)

You know things are bad with the ballclub when people are complaining about the TV play-by-play man. Seriously, put yourself in Dick Bremer's shoes and try doing his job when the team is so pathetic on a nightly basis. He's just doing the best he can to stay positive about the team regardless of their performances. Sure, he can be a "homer" but so are most other TV/Radio play-by-play men for their local teams. Then when we get a national game, we hear complaints about the bad announcers and how they don't care about the Twins and on and on.

No, not "most" announcers are as childishly and simplistically "homer" as your guy Bremer. I grew up in the Bay Area listening to both Giants and A's announcers. They had and still have some intelligence and class, while at the same time clearly favoring the team that they announce for.

Bremer is a shameless over the top homer. He really believes the twins way of bunts and flares and ptc is morally superior. Tries to convince you that Dozey and Flory are Trammell and Whitaker. Paired with TK Richard is unwatchable

Ryan should get a clue but I doubt if he understands the implications of his own statement, when he said something to the effect, that we didn't make a Morneau trade because we were offered nothing. I know what that means; do you?

Hopefully, Target Field will have a new huge banner hanging out in front of the stadium soon, that says "Under New Management!"
