Vikings DBs pick their poison when facing elite quarterbacks

MANKATO – Every defensive back remembers his welcome-to-the-NFL moment, that split second when a professional defensive back receives tangible evidence that he’s no longer defending unpaid college kids.

According to Mark Craig, the Vikings shouldn't even play the games. Might as well forfeit the season. Every team they play has an elite QB...oh my!

LMAO....The Vikes have no QB. Just a guy who hands off to AP. This team is DOA for the season. The betting line in Vegas has them as a favorite in only four games. Only delusional rubes who drink the purple koolaide think this team has a chance to get to the playoffs. Just give the Vikes a Participant Ribbon and call it a season.

Rodgers and Big Ben are pretty dang good, but those running/option QB's don't really scare me all that much - except Kaepernick because the guy has a cannon and is accurate. The Vikings have had Eli's # for the past few years and Flacco doesn't have Boldin anymore.

The reason Indy beat us last year was because Luck was good at escaping the pass rushers. How many times did he turn a loss into a gain? I lost count after the 20th time. I'm hoping for Bishop to be healthy. He was Green Bay's best pass rusher before he got hurt. Send him in on a blitz a couple of times with our good pass rushing d-line and see if that can equal things out a little. The first priority is to make sure those elite QBs don't get comfortable.

Can't wait to watch Rodgers shred the Queens defense again this year. That's YOUR Super Bowl, purple people eaters!

And who do the Packers, Bears and Lions pick on most? The ever so useless Chris Cook. Rodgers OWNS Cook - makes him look like a girl every meeting. With a solid corner in his place, the Vikings secondary would be average, with Rhodes, I believe, a very solid rookie with star potential.

I was at the Music City Bowl and saw Glennon against Vandy-the kid couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. If Rhodes thinks Glennon is great, he's got a rude awakening coming when the season starts...
