They cut back portions when wing prices rose, so it's only fair to say they will be increasing the portions again now, right?

So when costs rise, consumers pay more for the product. Thus when cost fall, consumers should pay less for the product. Or employees should make more. Yet others do not see it this way. Very puzzling?
