O.J. Simpson awaits decision by Nevada Parole Board but still faces more time behind bars

CARSON CITY, Nev. — O.J. Simpson should know next week whether his blemish-free record behind bars and contrition for trying to take back sports memorabilia of his glory days will win him favor with the Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners.

His punishment of 33 years is too harsh. I think he got away with murder, but a 33 year sentence is too harsh for the crime he was convicted of.
