Lots of ideas for the new Stadium but not a clue how to pick up debris efficiently after the big storm in Minneapolis.

"Complain all you want, people. This thing is going to completely transform Minneapolis in a great way." --- I for one would love to hear how this is going to transform Minneapolis. Especially since that is what the Target Center, Target Field, Block E.....were supposed to have done. Maybe this will be the one to do it,right?? Right.....anyone.......

One design issue they need to change is this idea of a glass roof over much of the roof. This glass will need to be nearly 1" thick plus two more interior portions with low e gas between. As you can imagine this adds a whole lot of dead weight to the structure, maybe 70-80lbs a sq ft. This means more foundation, more structure, and a whole lot of money, not to mention the sky rocket price it will be for the glass and install of it. It would look very nice, but it will also spend a lot of money and the acoustics of glass will cause all noise to bounce right back down, which will make this one of the worst acoustic stadiums in the country, so so so loud and not be able to make out anything the announcer says.
