Both runways reopen at NYC airport after nose gear collapsed as arriving plane landed

NEW YORK — New York City's LaGuardia Airport fully reopened Tuesday, a day after the collapse of a plane's front landing gear sent it skidding along the tarmac and temporarily closed the airport.

Confusing headline on front page (not on the story page) "NYC airport fully reopens after jet's hard landing"....one could easily read this to imply that due to the jet's hard landing, the front-wheel collapsed...which doesn't seem to be the case at all.
