It blows my mind that Wells Fargo doesn't already have enough space in the tallest and possibly biggest building in the city.

"The ramp is required by the Vikings stadium legislation, which passed the Legislature last year."...finally this is starting to become clearer. I couldn't figure out why Ryan, the Strib and Wells Fargo were all over this deal, and it's because they can leverage the city into giving them huge sums of money because, apparently, the city need to build this ramp! Perfect! The Vikings stadium boondoggle, Part II. Feed on, pirhanas!

Once again no mention of the almost certainly national and local register eligible historic building sitting right in the middle of this proposed park? the reporting on this blows my mind.

I believe that this development will exposed the tangled web of insiders that have existing interests in the areas that are going to be developed.
