Netflix trumped the networks in Thursday’s Emmy nominations as broadcast TV makes another poor showing.

If the Emmy's were really about moving to services such as Netflix they would put their awards show there too. And then nobody would see it, just like these nominees.

Why do you have to make the Emmys about race? Putting focus on "minority" actors and nominations is inappropriate in this context--it belongs in the opinion section. Please stop trying to make every conceivable topic into a civil rights issue.

The writer's comments about race are a complete joke. If there was a worthy actor/actress of color they would be nominated. He didn't even bother to mention who of color was apparently "snubbed". Typical liberal crusading. Especially considering the Oscars go to people of color all the time, almost predictably. Shameful journalism really. Grow up.
